For  Bookings, Cancellations or Absences etc
Log into your account on the OWNA app or web portal: portal.owna.com.au/login

Casual Bookings:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session date will not incur a charge.
Sessions not required within 7 days of the booking must be marked as “not attending” and will be charged in full, and count as an absence.

Permanent Bookings:
Any sessions that are not required must be marked as “not attending” in OWNA. These sessions will be charged in full and will count as an absence.
